Zoomarine Algarve tickets

Seen the dolphin show aswell as the birds. Aquarium was great too see. Pools and beach are great. Recommend two days there is just to much to do in one!

Zoomarine's focus on education is excellent, the 4D animated feature always a delight. On the non marine, bird, reptile side the Bay of Pirates acrobatic show is wonderful, as is the beach and wave machine, and the water based rides. I thought the previous ticket purchase system, before headout, was perfectly good and acceptable, I saw no need for change. There is, as far as I am concerned, no improvement in service

Brilliant rides for all age groups, ques for some slides did take a while but wasn't terrible and moved quickly even during the busiest time of the year. Lovely aquarium also

We loved zoo marine. The rides are so much fun and you never have to queue for long. The dolphin show was amazing (we went on both days) and there are some fun dry rides too. A great day out for everyone.

Since our last visit in 2023 there have been extra attractions added. They were well shaded in parts to avoid burning feet and a lot of queues moved quicker than expected. Happy with the day and will be returning when we come back to Portugal.

It is very significant and exciting surprise to offer my pride and si am 54. It was the right thing to do when you would like to surprise with something different. My pride loved seinf the dolphins and touching them in the pool. It is not am the common ticket but my pride isn't common either. The parrots, and all the rest of shows were fantastic too. It is right spot for something tender, new, different, unique. Thank you very much. I am Spanish and it was a surprising and exciting surprise that I made to my fiancée being 54 years old. I had to wake her up to make the surprise even bigger and the experience intoxicated her. If the dolphin show was very wonderful, the special pass getting in with a dolphin alone was the most beautiful and tender. We loved the parrot show and the floats and so on. We had a great time. I can imagine what it would be like for a kid to see all this and dream for the rest of his life with this experience.

Absolutely loved this place. Arrived here at 10am, straight away was made to feel very welcome. Lots to see and do. Plenty food and drink outlets all around. The dolphin show was absolutely amazing. When u book it you think its quite pricey but for all thats available to do it's well worth the money. Brilliant day out.

Zoomarine is such an amazing place, with so much to do for all ages. Plenty of shows throughout the day. My favourite was the dolphin show. Absolutely amazing. Plenty of facilities for sitting with over head canopys for staying cool in the heat.. Loads food and drink stands available. 10/10 , my 3 year old loved it so much as well as the rest of the family

It was a great day had by the whole family (3 generations). This was our third visit in co secure years, so it must be good. To improve the Headout booking: info on tickets said report to Dolphin Experience, when you just needed to show at the gate. To improve visitor experience, better shading in attraction queues, especially where no footwear can be worn on the ride - surfaces can be very hot in the Portuguese sun. The hire of a cabana is highly recommended, just be aware of which you choose as some do not provide any shade at certain times of the day. Despite the above, we still loved it. We will probably be going again next year.

Our family of 4 had the greatest day out at Zoomarine , so many highlights from the Dolphins show, to the many rides and water slides etc, the highlight when we asked children (age 9 and 6) was, the drunken 'crazy' pirate show. They laughed alot, and they've told all friends and family about them and have watched repeatedly the video I had recorded. Would definitely recommend Zoomarine to everyone, we didn't get to do all the water rides/activities Purley to running out of time, so we would get the 2 day ticket next time. Great day out for us all, thank you x

Amazing mix of rides and animals - something for everyone of all ages. Only downside was the buffet restuarant. Our two children needed to eat, adults werent hungry. We were told the children could come in but not a single adult to supervise whilst they ate. I wouldnt leave my children alone in a resturant by themselves. Please rethink this, you cannot expect all members of the family to eat, so if someone needs to feed their kids, they should be allowed to sit in the resturant with them. Not have to wait outside. Our children are 9, and I wasnt comfortable with that, imagine children of younger ages!

I bought tickets through a 3rd party to which the app download didn't work at the gates. This forced us, after a 20 minute initial queue, to then queue at a different ticket office to validate the tickets before heading to the barriers. Why have an app to display tickets only to then have to have them printed at the office. The whole process wasted 40 minutes of our day. The method of entry was terrible and put a stain on the rest of the day.

Excellent day out with the family. Great rides and shows, clean, well maintained and super organised.

The Dolphin Show, butterflies and birds expereinces. The slides/flumes. It was disappointing that some rides didn't open until 12:00 on the Saturday.

We had 2 great days at Zoomarine. The 2 day pass was great value. Lots of things to see and do.

Everything. The pirate show is something the children hadn't experienced before and they loved it.

Purchased a 2 day ticket but was only granted access for 1 day as the park said the ticket was not valid for 2 days. Contacted the headout team, was told they would contact me back in 24hrs which has not happened. Do not bother booking 2 day ticket - completely pointless as you can get a second day for 10euros per person paying the park directly at the end of first visit. Very disapointed so far as had promised my son a second visit and am yet to hear an outcome from the headout team.

Unfortunately, the queues were huge and there was no priority for families with babies. The staff were not very cordial when asked to let a 6-month-old baby through in the unbearable heat. A disappointment.

We were issued with the wrong ticket. Head out issues us with a 1 day ticket instead of 2 day. Zoo Marine told us that we needed to contact you for a partial refund. Headout were supposed to contact me within 24 hours, having already chased on a contact that was supposed to be within an hour of my initial contact. I still haven't heard anything! I will once again have to chase Headout. Don't book with them!

Our two daughters took part in the Dolphin Experience. As parents, we were allowed to watch. The facility is spacious, beautifully designed, and well maintained. The trainers are extremely friendly and seem to have a very good relationship with the animals. There’s an introduction about how to interact with dolphins, with around 20 participants. The group was then split up, and 5 to 6 people went with one trainer to one dolphin. Once in the water with the dolphins, each group spent about 30 minutes with them, getting to touch the animals and do two special activities—such as being pulled through the water. These activities vary depending on the size of the participant and to keep things interesting for the dolphins. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

There were zero issues with the booking, everything ready and waiting for our arrival. The staff at the dolphin experience were very attentive and knowledgeable and made the experience all the more memorable for it. We had an amazing time, especially knowing the animals were so well cared for and the conservation efforts and message Zoomarine were trying to advertise.
